The app keeps crashing. You cannot even login to your account. In the middle of transaction the app will crash. I made the wrong choice in opening an account with PSB ANK.

I really thought your app is not as bad as the other bank apps, but wth, your OTP expires in a minute, but you get to receive them within 3–4 mins? A complete waste of time trying! You should fire your developers!
