★★★★★ Brilliant app. If you can get the words and feelings while listening to this you will notice a shift. I tried it by repeating "I don't want chocolate" for a couple of sessions. I didn't buy any chocolate for 2 weeks, which is unheard of for me.

★★★★★ I've just finished my first session, and I was surprised that I felt significant immediate relief. I now believe that I've found a tool that will help me manage my anxiety, including those difficult to get rid of negative thoughts that stop me getting on with a happier life.

★★★★★ This app, without a doubt, is outstanding. It wasn't what I was expecting at it. The thrill and excitement It has given me is a very powerful and beautiful feeling! It's definitely helped my anxiety a lot. I recommend this app to anyone who is struggling and needing assistance in life.

★★☆☆☆ I was prescribed this by a medical professional. I used it and after the first session, I woke up the next morning with a massive headache which did not leave for the rest of the day. I found the noise used boring and I almost fell asleep while listening to it. I also noted that I could not find any clinical trials with this app which makes me skeptical of the claims made. It may work for you, but it did not work for me.

★★☆☆☆ You see there's no other reviews on here he is a thief do not install this does not pay for anything because if you decide to cancel this company does not respond stay away trust me I've tried four times to reach out to them to get my money back to cancel in my trial period, and you don't hear back from anyone and by the way look at it, he doesn't even say who he is he just says his name is Ed stay away from this company. I will change this review if they actually answer and give me my money back
