★★☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience with Purple. They sent me a near-expiry product under the guise of a discount, which is completely unethical. When I requested a return, they falsely claimed they didn’t receive my images, even after I submitted them twice. Their return and refund policy is the worst, and customer service is unhelpful. They cheat customers with false claims and poor service. Don’t waste your money—avoid Purple at all costs! If given me chance I will zero star to purple wrost ever.

Hey purple, it's 12th Feb 2025 I again posting this. I haven't received my package...every day morn you are postponing the delivery.why there is this much delay... Product already came to the Cali cut .but it takes 5 days for the delivery... I will not do the prepaid orders any further.
