★★☆☆☆ Kind of sucks. I sat around for 30 minutes on my lunch break waiting for my provider to respond... who has time for this BS? Not what I expected at all. Now will I still be charged $69 even though I canceled my request?

★★☆☆☆ They were very quick to respond after the initial fee of 69.99. They sent a prescription in to my pharmacy. When I went to get the prescription they said insurance would not approve, and I would need a prior authorization. So I sent a message back through the app, and they have not responded. Very disappointed that they will not answer me. So I wasted $70.

★★☆☆☆ Not user-friendly. Requested a prescription and got a message from physician wanting to know what med I have a question about. I didn't have question.
