★★☆☆☆ You wouldn't know if the door is locked or not, no notification when someone does open the door, ac would run, although you set the temp higher very old technology for 2024 more like 2014

★★☆☆☆ Not good my batteries inside this dumb lock was dying and having trouble geting in my apartment had to call maintenance .my apartments install these so call Smart locks just to raise rent it's so sad in the pandemic era

★★☆☆☆ The worst app I have ever used. Changes you make to the thermostat do not take effect and the app fails to unlock the door lock, so you will be locked out if you rely on it. My building just replaced our great Google Nest thermostats with these, and it is a HUGE downgrade. Building staff let us know it is because the management company has an ownership interest in QUEST and is trying to revive its failing investment and charge a $20 monthly subscription fee. Extremely unethical
