Quickdroid Search

★★★★★ This is what exactly I'm looking for, since I lost the option to disable "web suggestion" of the Google search box on the Kitkat desktop. I feel so angry with this new setting of Google search box, HATED IT. If you want to search only what is in your android device, try this app. It's fast, simple and I haven't seen any "pop up" advertisement yet. I use Nova Launcher to trash that persistence Google search box then put this app search widget in return. Thank you very much, Daniel ... thank you in deed. 10 stars ! PS : please.. no need to update anything this already perfect app.

★★★★★ Mandatory Quickdroid is the Shangri la of shortcuts. If this app was unavailable I would have to reconsider my usability requirements for Android.

★★☆☆☆ If it worked it would be great If it worked it would be great as there is no search function on the S3 (4.1.1). Searches of contacts give random results: very fast but incomplete, only about 50% of searches work. Also it would be good if it could search the calendar. One for the delete key I’m afraid.

★★☆☆☆ Used to love this...but I used to seriously love this app but recently I have found that there are certain things it just will not find. I can go to my contacts and search for a name and it comes right up. If I put the same name in quickdroid it never comes up. What's the deal devs?
