This may be a great tool in addition to others...but if you really want an app that works FOR SURE, download the app" Quit Sure" If you follow the instructions, you will quit smoking. Hell, even if you don't want to quit, use the app and by the end of it you will be a non-smoker. It's really easy and takes literally minutes out of your day. It's amazing!!

This app is so glitchy it's a joke, the first hypnosis track stops every time around mins 6-7. Each day it seems that there are more glitches, the track stops and freezes, the only way to fix it is to leave the session and go back in. I tried this app last year and had the same issues then. It's a shame, cos it seems like it could be really good if it actually worked.
