★★★★★ Just started to use the watch, it's easy to use for someone who is not in techie, it's lightweight and doesn't take long to change. The only reason it's not a five ⭐ is that the charger is very flimsy and has come apart easily several times, have managed to fix it back together, but I don't want to send half an hour fixing it, so I can change the watch.

★★☆☆☆ Having had a couple of radley watches which connected to the app fine. I now have a series 21, and it will not stay connected. It drops out all the time. Takes ages to find again to connect. Tried all the help guides and cannot fix it. Very disappointing.
