★★★★★ It's okay, interface doesn't fit anything phone 2 but except for that it's cool.

★★☆☆☆ Poor customer service - impossible to get a clear answer for a simple yes/no question. The support consultants provide unclear and inconsistent information. They don't even try to understand the question and customer needs. Moreover, the in-app chat is not real time - one has to wait for the answer a couple of hours and there's no notification about the answer. The application is very basic but intuitive. However, it's missing some security features offered by other banks.

★★☆☆☆ The customer support is awful. I asked multiple times to delete my account and all my personal information, and they always give me the "wait 35 days" answer, and they close the conversation after that. I rather use Revolut or Monese... or any other bank!
