Great app, been using it for years. But since the last update I'm getting really bad things. I can order a ride to one destination, and when I want to order it again, app gets me a message that I'm unable to make an order. Happened a couple of times when I was stuck and without option to get back, which is making me think of this application very unreliable and have to think on other options. And I would really like you guys to fix that problem.

Left me waiting for two hours Left me waiting for two hours after first telling me there would be a taxi on the way and then when I rang they had told me the taxi had already been there, which it wasn't and then i orderd another and waited again. Finally I rang again and all I got back was no driver would come, instead of ringing me to tell me that.

Definitely worst taxi company in Waterford. Not organized, everybody's
doing what they can and want. Waited for cab approx 50 minutes (would be
waiting for minimum 10 more if I didn't cancel the ride). Had car
dispatched, and suddenly it disappears, after good 40 minutes of waiting
(consider the fact that I am, actually WAS, their everyday customer)
''sorry but our driver had another people who just jumped in the car and
didn't want to go out'' haha if it wasn't sad, it'll be funny. Aren't there
some rules to be followed? Obviously not. Definitely disappointing, deleted
the app and would never call you again. For the app 5 of 5 for the drivers
and the company itself -10 out of 5.
