So far the Raz phone feels like the perfect solution for my dad, who doesn't have dementia but who is long past learning how to reliably use any other phone I've tried for him, including others specifically marketed to seniors. This app isn't perfect, and should be used by someone with some amount of tech-savvy, but so far it does what I've needed it to do. Simple asks would include better cues to indicate whether a new contact has been uploaded yet, and a way to hear ringtones in advance.

It's a bit clunky. On my android I couldn't find it in apps after installing because it's 'Caregiver by Raz', not Raz Caregiver as it shows up in the Google store. I'll never get those 2 hours back.

Both the app and the website are broken... the online portal gives errors at the login screen and the app crashes when you go to add contacts. These errors render the phone completely useless!

The app immediately crashes when trying to add a contact. This happened on two different phones running different versions of Android.

Pics on the phone make dialing easy. Big screen easy to see. Can get reminders. GPS tracking. When it works, it's the best memory phone out there. Gets a 1 because you must have the phone to troubleshoot and do updates. There is no way to do it through the app. This is an issue if you live in another town or state from the person who uses the phone. Does not stay locked in Razz mode, and it gets stuck in airplane mode often. No auto updates to fix issues. GPS rarely works.
