Reading buses on my route Newbury (Jet Black) is always on schedule and the drivers are very friendly and accommodating.

The app makes all the difference to the bus experience. You can see where the bus is on the road map which allows you to manage your time as to when to leave to catch it. This works particularly well if the bus is going to be later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. It also means you're not standing out for longer than necessary when the weather is inclement. The bus drivers have all been very welcoming when we get on. A truly great service, thank you.

I love Reading bus so much, it's on time anytime, but I will like Reading bus to improve on Sunday bus time to working ham, If they can bring bus From Reading to working ham by 6:30 to 7:00. That will be appreciated for people that goes to work on Sundays morning. Also extend the time from working ham to Reading at least 21:35 on Sunday's. Thanks

It would be nice of you could update the app to let us know when you've closed bus stops. I live on a road where they frequently get closed due to road closures around me, and I don't always have the time to change a 5-minute bus journey to Rockingham into a half an hour-long walk because this app didn't tell me, so I had to find out when reaching the bus stop, at which I don't have the time to walk to my destination. Do better. It's not hard to change these updates for us to see in advance.

Doesn't block NFC payments when using tickets through the app. I was charged multiple times in addition to my ticket due to the card scanner being placed directly under the code scanner. Likely entirely intentional to scam extra money from people.

Doesn't hold the information on flight line 731 and says the journey I want, and have used, is impossible. Badly written, badly laid out, difficult to use
