It's full of bugs, different colors with different names, whole yellow section doesn't work. It's such a shame, idea is really great

Hello The idea is great but not working at all. I downloaded the app because it was described as it picks colors from an image and have the ability to find a color mixture for a given color. So I wanted to download a picture to extract with a pipette the color then to have the app propose the right color mixer. I am not able to import a picture it gives me an error message. I tried different type of images as PNG etc. Didn't work. Could you please indicate us which format should work? Thank you
