We use this app for mental health court and drug court in farewell county Illinois for probation, and it works amazingly well. The probation office is happy with it and the way it holds helps hold our probationers accountable is great! Five stars guys!

It could have more to it based on what it's used for. It could have links to related websites. The ability to text your case manager or counselor. Those are just a couple of things that would be useful. In reference to logging in, lower Case the first three letters of your last name and the last six numbers of your are SAR. The last 6 numbers of your SAR for the password as well. A lot better than calling in, and I look forward to improvements!

L'm a drug court client in phase 5 been in the program over a year done very well no sanction no dirty ua worried about this app it doesn't work not very well only morning check in works the developer's should be ashamed of themselves this is my sobriety and freedom that's at stake this app has the ability to destroy all l have work so hard for please fix it or take it down your money is not worth my freedom !!!!

Most time it makes me blink because it doesn't register my face. No one explained how to sign in so had to ask a bunch of people which I finally figured out username is first 3 letters of last name followed by sisar # of your new its 0 then sisar number and password is your sisar number if new to program they no longer use the 0 in sisar number, so you add 0 to beggining of your #. In case you get a crappy counsler in beggining that doesn't explain jack to you. I have had 3 so far not by choice.
