Used to be simple, easy and reliable. The move to Lazada has been a headache. The Lazada app is clunky and unintuitive. I haven't made an order since and will probably be cancelling my subscription for Live Up.

the app used to be great but since the Lazada integration it got much more complicated and is now buggy. it happens super easily to add non Redmart items to your basket and it lacks features like updating your delivery, which used to exist in the old app.

The switch to going under Lazada's platform was a mistake guys. :/ After my vouchers run out I don't know if I can continue with redmart. The lazada app is slow, buggy and has an unintuitive UI. Unfortunately, as the lazada app has always been like that, and the redmart portion is just one part of that huge app, I doubt they'll be able to improve or fix all the issues.

I have had extremely good experience with Redmart until their recent move to Lazada. Although I am quite happy with their product variety, prices and customer service, I donot think I will continue to shop from Lazada. The Lazada UI is just horrible and does not function well as it does before. Adding, removing or reviewing an item is just stressful. Even looking at the UI gives me headaches. It is sad to see how they just ruined their beautiful app and came to this point.
