The original app was fine, but RCU went and updated it. Yeah it was a change but the app worked. Now they have updated again, and the app freezes, glitches, and it runs SO SLOW that it times out. The layout is horrible! You click on your checking tab, and for some reason, the details of a random transaction come up. THIS APP is so horrible, it makes me want to only use the website.!!

Deposit check feature is almost always broken. For days at a time, trying to deposit a check causes the app to restart. I have been a customer of the credit union for years but may have to go elsewhere because the app is so utterly broken.

Recently was late paying and got locked out of the application, so payment was impossible. Spent more than an hour trying to straighten it out and pay. Does the company have a reason they WANT accounts to go into default? Calls are only taken during business hours so if you work, fixing it means hours lost at work. Please don't lock people out who need to pay or extend/enhance phone support!
