I have found this app very helpful. There are so many components to it ranging from basic short 'mindfulness basics' to things like the lectio divina meditations. The 'stress and anxiety' meditations have helped point me to God during times of stress. Altogether a helpful app.

This app has been the most helpful and user-friendly of all the apps I tried for practicing Christian meditation.

I've had this on my phone for a long time, but it just doesn't work for me. Maybe giving too much new agey vibes. Main issue for me: the voices - not relaxing for me at all. I'd prefer soft, calm voices and slower paced. Background music options not great either, e.g. The River- I expected natural sounds of water trickling with light music but its just piano, and not very soothing. Overall the app is full of good idea but needs a good overhaul.

Thank you for including scripture, it's a start. But for me meditation is the listening side of prayer. The first meditation I did tell me what I needed to know about this app. At first the breathing and mindfulness seemed a little "eastern," but I thought "well, what's the harm in relaxing, it could be a good thing?" So, you finally got to the scripture, yeah! - but not so fast ....... you want me to repeat single words over & over??? Please read Matt6:7&8 ! No, thank you. Deleted app.
