Best Customer Service! Lived in small town when Reliabank turned into my bank of choiworkmoved to big city and tried Citibank/Wells Fargo. Terrible. Reliabank opened a new location 10 miles out of the city. It was worth the 20-minute drive there! My dog dropped her fav toy in drive through. They called me and I forgot for several weeks to come get it, so they shipped it to my dog for free!!🥰 they remember my name when I stop by and are soo friendly and easy to talk too!

The app does not retain my fingerprint sign in. It wants me to use the password too often and usually says it is incorrect. Then when I reset it it says I can't use the current password. The app is slow and prone to issues

Continually opens to an error message. At least once a month I uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again.

Such a garbage app. Always down or doesn't even work, every day almost says there is an issue with the apo so I can't check the bank.
