★★★★★ The physical product is really great, the functionality, design etc. The app, however, has really bad user experience. Nothing is labelled, and it's not intuitive at all what all the unnamed controls do. Setting up an alarm clock shouldn't take 3 mornings of trial and error...

★★☆☆☆ This device and this app do not work. If you can get it to sync up with the app it won't ever stay synced. As others have said, it will not reliably tell time or work as an alarm. At 9pm tonight it read 8:24, somehow. At 6am it randomly reset to noon. Does not work as a clock, an alarm, a music player, or even as a nightlight. This was a complete waste of a purchase, and even with over a year of trying to get it to work (following every single suggestion from their website)... Still junk.

★★☆☆☆ This app does not work. I am not sure if it is so bad because of the app, or because of the baby monitor, but in the end, it just does not work. The synchronization does not work at all without a Wi-Fi, so good luck using REMI on holidays, or worse while camping. When you do have a Wi-Fi, the connection is very slow and very often not working. You never know when you will be able to use the light or music. The music system is stupid: there are very few musics available by default, for more you have to buy songs, and there are none for sale. And Bluetooth does not help: if you happen to get it working, you get your phone notifications as well through the REMI: very smart... You cannot have two parents controlling the REMI either (logic, who's got two parents?). Moreover, the app is just badly designed with very cumbersome menus and options (I still do not understand how to use the bedtime lullaby function). Finally, the REMI, which does not work, costs 90EUR. Last joke: it did not switch to winter time. I had to change the time zone a few times to get it right again.
