RAC will actively lie to you to rip you off more than they already are. The store at 5424 W BROAD RICHMOND, VA 23230 has employees that either do not know their own policies or are just theifs OR their higher ups have failed them. Currently, a special going on for $10 initial payment (with no exceptions mentioned) but when ordered I get a call saying I need to give her $100 more, or they ain't ordering it. I told them this seems shady and to just cancel and give me my money.

Not Happy well I only dealt with that store is because my daughter brought a bed from them, so I said I'm going to order a sofa bed and I did take a while to get here when it came it was damaged, so they had to order a piece that took a while they keep telling me it was a brand-new sofa bed I knew better because it was dusty think it had bugs in it because I had bites on my body that was the second one I knew that first one wasn't new because they sent me a picture of the sofa which have more to Tell
