Really nice experience working with this app, sometimes how many viewings you need to finally have a house is a lot. However, that is not Rent birds fault! I needed almost 3 months to find something (but was also sick for 1 month when I could not go to viewings). So it is nice if you want a house fast

I would definitely use Rent Bird again if we ever have to find a new place. They actually notified us of properties posted on Parries faster than Parries premium did. They allow you to at least be competitive against others looking for places by notifying you as soon as something matching your requirements is posted. Had no problems with the user interface of the app at all.
