★★★★★ Awesome product. Has everything you need for bookkeeping, depreciation, invoices, statement, emailing tenants, contracts, etc. Don't like the new updated program. Otherwise, love it!

★★☆☆☆ Most times you can't even login cause as soon as you open the app it goes to Your login rate is too high. Seems like the app is auto refreshing login page and can't even try to enter anything. Tried closing it, reinstalling, clearing all app data with no luck!

★★☆☆☆ As of early December 2023 the app gets into a login attempt loop and locks my account. I can still use the web based portal, but the app is useless. Beyond the app not working the whole app universe for rented is confusing and barely functional - I recommend sticking to the web portal for any of your accounts.
