All 5-star reviews are there becz they intentionally force you to review 5 star at the time of delivery. Don't get in trap I ordered a cot for a month which showed Rs. 483 per month. I rented for total of 18 days. And they said I to pay early closure charges. I paid total of Rs. 810 in total including the refundable deposit at the time of delivery. After paying Rs. 810 at the time of closure they are asking me to pay Rs.227 more which means early closure charges of Rs. 554. FRAUD COMPANY !!

I have been a customer of rentomojo for more than 12 months when I ordered a mattress among other furniture items. After using the mattresses for 1 day I realized that It's now what I expected so told the customer care to take it back and not to deduct any charges for the same. The customer care wanted to deduct all possible charges for 1 day of use, they send me a mail saying that they will collect the item soon. However, they failed to collect after 1 month and I have been billed for 2nd mth

Terrible customer service. First they took the booking amount and after 5 days called to tell the product is out of stock. Then further delayed by 5 days to call back regarding the status of my order. Then finally schedule my delivery after numerous emails just to repeat the same No way to call back delivery agent. No way to call for customer support. Every time you miss a call they delay delivery by 5 days. Taken my booking amount and couldn't deliver the product since 2 weeks and counting...
