No issues on NVR cameras, but the standalone E1 Zoom camera had to be reset multiple times to start working on the phones. Currently, everything is working, but it hasn't been the most reliable or intuitive system in the past couple of years.

Here's my opinion as someone, who lives next to a forest. I don't have any big complains about the app. It's complex and settings are hard to find, that's all. The bigger issue are the alarms and animal detection. At default setting of the cameras, coyotes and foxes are rarely detected as animals. Whereas hares, armadillos and raccoons aren't even detected as a movement. But rain gets detected as an animal every minute it rains, and trees get detected as animals whenever the wind blows. 🤦

My son recently got an Argus PT Ultra 4k and fell in love and then a few days later also purchased the RLC-823A-16X) and that one is way better and can zoom in on a license plate from over a football field of 2 away. We love these cameras and Relink. Relink has now become are goto place for all security cameras and other stuff as well. Nd their customer service and warranty Team is great as well and very helpful for even the smallest needs and questions. We love Relink. Go buy the RLC-823a-16X)

An update has caused a problem with my internet connection. I've noticed that when viewing my cameras from the relink app on my phone its saying device disconnected. My internet provider came out and my system / service is working great I'm on 5g. If I power off the NVR & Internet Modem my cameras still aren't connecting to my network. The only way it will connect for live view if phones Wi-Fi is on. Note cameras only works when I'm at home near my internet modem. Being away is useless. Need Help

Don't update! They just supplied me with the previous version of the app, and it has no issues with playback, meaning it's only the new version which has the issue with choppy playback. Wait for them to fix it.
