★★★★★
Have been working with Allstate and using this app 7 years now. It has been updated several times and malfunctions more now than ever.
★★★★★
Easy to use, my only issue is it should allow setting your own notification sound, it only uses your phone notification and can get somewhat confusing between rescue or just phone and, every now and then phone number to customers are wrong but, I'm guessing that's between customers and dispatch.
★★★★★
App super easy to use. Can adjust the time to the job, if you click the job. Paid in batches, so keep track of everything you do. Friday you get a pay sheet, so make sure you match up. Majority of people are happy to see you, will tip every now and then. Be prepared to not be paid right away tho... still waiting on my check from 3 weeks ago. My direct deposit is working fine tho... just not my first check. You will have to spend about 400 on tools in order to get started. Over all easy gig.
★★★★★
App could use a few more things. Hope to see some updates soon. Hardest part is waiting for a rescue. It's a good side gig as you choose your hours. Would like to see tire plugging added as an option for rescue. A lot quicker and easier than them possibly not having a donut or the donut being bad or them not having lug key.
★★☆☆☆
Dispatch is trash!!!!!!! Not the people the system is trash trash trash not even a real roadside assistance they use independent contractors that have to pay for car gas breakdowns while allstate rakes in the money and pays pennys to contractors
★★☆☆☆
You keep hiring new rescuers in Denver but will not send work to the rescuers that been with u for years. No work in Denver but your always hiring in Denver, it's saturated so no one can make over 100 dollars in a day because they will only send u 1 or 2 jobs in Denver regardless how long u stay logged on for the whole day. Plus the app is horrible for locating the correct driver that's closest to the customer and the pay is 23 dollars a rescue. Work at McDonald's part-time and u will make more!
★★☆☆☆
They will decide to not pay you for some calls that you have done for their own reasons, and they don't even call or care to ask or investigate they just won't pay you for the 30-min driving and carry on .
