The app is nice, works well, I miss a bit the category breadcrumbs on the subpages, but overall it's great. However, the local delivery in Hungary is ridiculous, I cannot pick choose store pick-up because the stores are "overwhelmed", and the nearest free is 170 kms away... So if I buy items on sale, Reserved wants me to pay shipping fee, even though my total is around 20 000 huf, which is a complete joke.

I have no other option than to change my initial 5*review. I received a push notification in the app saying I have received an email with a 20% discount code, twice!!, and the email never arrived. I do receive other emails from Reserved, I checked Spam folder, nothing. I contacted the RO support team, and they said they can't help me. It's super frustrating to want to use the code and to not have the possibility due to a technical issue most probably. The discount area in the app is always blank.

They closed my account without any notice. No emails, no SMS, nothing. Then you can't log in to the app (because account is deleted). Support is not helping at all. They are not carrying about clients and their money.

The functionality of the app are so poor that one could barely find something. On the top of it if you already have a Reserved account, and you place an order, the app doesn't sincronize with it. Be prepared to receive order confirmation in your mail but not in the app, or delivery notification in your mail, but still no such information in the app... Is that all your developers can, bad
