Excellent invisible easy to use with the app, as I have severe arthritis in hands and can't adjust them but with the app I have no problems, my only concern is I can't feel them to put them in my ears I need help, also they are made very cheap the first week I had them I went to put in batteries and the dam door broke that you have to open to get to the batteries, other than that I would recommend them to everyone who needs hearing aides, the sound is astonishing, I can even hear whispering tks

Safe refitting of rubber cones after cleaning difficult for old fingers. Can come off and lodge deep in ear requiring Specialist help to remove. Am told this is not an unusual occurrence. Am otherwise very happy with hearing aid.

This app only works with some android phones but all Apple phones. Can't stream audio to my hearing aids with my revel 7

Since installing the android beta update, attempting to connect my hearing aids causes the Bluetooth to toggle on and off. The only solution is to uninstall Smart 3D and reset my Bluetooth completely.
