★★★★★ Just what I needed. Great app. It's just what I was looking for. Works like a charm. Looking forward to many hours of breath training & relaxation.

★★☆☆☆ Nice idea in theory It's quite a pretty app, and the colours are appealing, as is the gentle wave movement of the circle you're meant to follow with your breath. Unfortunately, it doesn't work very well. It tells you that it's better to exhale for longer than you inhale, and then gives you the option to do only the opposite, to increase how long you inhale for with respect to how long you exhale for! And then that doesn't even work! You end up trying to work out how to fit a pattern of exhaling for longer and pausing after each in-breath and out-breath to the moving circle, which doesn't allow for holds either. Plus it crashes every time I used it. I'm now using Peaceful Breathing Lite, which does a much better job. I've emailed the developer to inform them of the problems.
