This app goes in to offline a few times a day, and miseed a number of orders. It is not a minor issue. Changed back to the old one

The old app allowed me to have it running in the background along with other apps like skip or Uber. The new app doesn't allow that...if the new app is not opened it throws a hissy fit and not work. It will keep sending notifications and a new all annoying volume ignoring robo voice telling you to open the app again. This annoying max volume voice will play even after closing hours and closed days! Seriously? I went back to the old app but now am forced to use new app, and it's still like this...

This is so annoying. The notification is SOOO loud and will not stop. There are no settings to change it, and it won't stop even though my notifications are turned off on my phone.
