★★☆☆☆ Defaults to New York, when I am nowhere near there. You actually have to click "Near Me" - seriously? Even after I grant it location permissions. Worse, yet, when I visit Las Vegas, it is not an option. Despite this, several restaurants on and off the Strip now have chosen them as their exclusive reservation system (to their great peril). Defaults are still not easily configurable (UX hasn't changed in years). If it is a hot restaurant, this app will not get you that reservations - it actually makes it harder. When I was successful in making a PHONE reservation, Resy ask me by email how their service was - instead of in-app. If this could get 0 stars I would.

★★☆☆☆ This app is only occasionally not a pos. On every update, it decides I am in New York (I am in California). If I search for a city name it doesn't know, it dismisses the keyboard after every key. Also, it doesn't let you correct it using the backspace key. Adding a restaurant as a favorite is beyond obtuse. The only reason I use it is because certain restaurants only use Resy for reservations.
