I can't sign into my account, and it says it's sending code to my email, and it does, and I get the code and enter it where it says, and it says code is not valid ?? It's driving me crazy

Response to reply for retail not's reply to my review.... Save it. I did, and they gave the run around, generic excuse citing their "terms." I checked the terms and items bought were eligible items based on the terms of your cash back. Funny how it only shorted users during the holidays. Also, you shouldn't say "X% cash back for purchases site wide" on the coupon title if it's not site wide. Site wide means EVERYTHING. If there are exclusions, then it's not site wide. Deceitful practice to con users.

Have to have a PayPal account to claim your cash back payment. I can't use PayPal therefore I just wasted my time. You all need a mail check system for people who can't use PayPal.

Not impressed. Every time I open the APP I must sign in. It SHOULD remember when I just logged in the same day! It also prompts me to gonto my email to get a verification number but when I open my email and get the number and return to the app page it has now asking for log in info again!! It does give you the option to SKIP the verification but as wonky as it acts I don't feel confident that if I skip the verification that I will be legit logged in and get the discounts I'm planning on seeking!
