I can't log in my account. I usually use my email so that the code will be send there, but lately there is no code. It only says "try again next time" my reward is in there. I need to claim it.

Too many $ME points has been credited to my account, but none of that has been converted to reward dollar points. Please be mindful Reward Me those past few months or weeks the only reward dollars I earned is 12.36 thanks to daily check-in. You don't know how it feels checking my points if it's increasing or not then suddenly $ME is not available to convert in RD. Honest review 'how can you earn in this kind of app if there's a lot of misconception.

Can't log in. The app logged me out and when I tried to log in again, I can't. I typed the verification code twice (first, sent to my email and the next, via SMS, respectively) but it kept saying 'Something went wrong. Try again later.' It's been days now and no progress. I tried countless times. I don't know how later this 'Try again later' bull is supposed to be. Edit: Problem has already been solved. Thanks for the prompt response.

They suspended my account without any reasons, and they are not answering to emails and chats. This app is a scam, they will ban your account without you being able to unlink your emails

After years of collecting check-in rewards and online transaction rewards, I finally saved enough coins to redeem a cash gift card. It was pending for approval for more than a month now and then suddenly, I got logged-out. Until now, I can't log-into my account and CS bot and agents doesn't even respond. Today, the required an update, after updating it, now it says my account was restricted. Wow! Such a big waste of time.
