Rez Infinite

★★★★★ Being a Sega Dream cast owner I remember when REZ was released back in 2001,it was an on rails' shooter, a masterpiece of modern techno beats and stylish graphics with music (You must wear Headphones) that pounded to the sounds that the missiles made once released you have 8 (Max) In your crosshair. They've done an excellent job of porting it with graphics upgrades to boot, what game comes out of retirement and wins so many awards as Rez, Congrats to "Tetsuya" the creator and his dev team's terrific work converting it into Virtual Reality, the game was made for it. I bought a new Motorola Moto Z Force Droid phone and a Daydream headset just for this game alone. Anf now I am quite surprised that Daydream has some quality games, some maybe on Oculus as well but this is a good thing, I wish Tetsuya would have a crack at porting Eden to VR, it's already in 3D on Xbox 360 and PS3 and is another on rails' shooter masterpiece from 🇯🇵 Japan.

★★★★★ It's incredible how this old game translates magically so well into VR. This game was released in 2001 for the Dream cast! This game has a special place in my heart, played it on all its releases. Pros : the game play is still great, the graphics are simply awesome in VR, very smoot, works so well! The music is timeless, still get goosebumps as the beats build up. Cons : I know all the audio queues of this game, there is a clear audio problem. Shooting the threats, usually makes a lot of audio bits, on Android it's a mix of late/lag or the audio simply doesn't play. Area X, while it looks utterly mesmerizing, the audio is at its worst there, constant cutouts. It's sad really. I would have given 5 stars but on my Pixel 2 the audio issues need to be fixed. I do fear this is an Android audio channel issue... This is a known legacy issue for me, not sure if it's been fixed in more recent version of Android. I really really really hope they can fix it though, it would make this my favorite version of Rez ever.

★★☆☆☆ I would easily give this game 5 stars as I've been a fan since the Dream cast and know how amazing it is, but the game just doesn't launch, it sits on a black screen and never loads on my Pixel. Please, PLEASE, fix this!

★★☆☆☆ Black screen, nothing happens for a minute. No loading indicator, nothing. Tried several times, killed app, no result. Pixel 2 with latest oreo 8.1

★★☆☆☆ Download stops at 200mb. Tried two different phones on two different networks. Please fix. Pixel XL.
