My city subsidies Circuit for the whole of downtown and then some. The app has improved over time and so has the speed of getting rides, though partially due to raising the cost from free to $1-$3 a ride depending on zones. An excellent service for someone without a car downtown. The app itself, it's serviceable and has been improving over time, so I hope all continues to improve. Beats Uber and Lyft for where it goes.

My experience is okay with a driver I'm having issues with requesting a ride for the past almost a month and a half every now, and again I get a ride, but the driver is the driver saying that they're not getting my request for a ride and I took the app out my phone and reloaded in my phone, and it's still not allowing the drivers to see me requesting a ride this has been ongoing problem please try to fix the issue with the drivers not seeing my request fix it pizzazz

Every time I need a wheelchair accessible vehicle for my grandmother even though it is an option within the app there are no wheelchair accessible vehicles available with the company. The wait times are also excessive sometimes running well over 40 minutes. No matter how busy or slow the service is.
