★★★★★ People just don't know how to connect it to their app. You need your headset to be on "Bluetooth" mode to connect to the app. You press the Bluetooth botton to cycle through the 3 modes. The 3 modes are "Gaming, "Duel", and "Bluetooth." It won't connect to the app unless you are in that specific mode. I suggest using Dobly for the audio customization, though.

★★★★★ App works great, being able to adjust the quality of sound on the fly while gaming is cool to have. A widget would be a great addition so when you need to check battery life you just need to unlock your phone not open app

★★☆☆☆ New headset JUST arrived. I cannot connect to the app. I have the headset on the BT setting. I'm connected to my phone just fine, but the app says Bluetooth is not connected. FIX YOUR DAMN APP PLEASE!! For now, I'd go with a different headset. If their app doesn't work, what else is messed up?

★★☆☆☆ You'd think the Dual setting would work for the price tag.... Instead, it allows calls through Bluetooth and nothing else. I cannot hear any other audio from the Bluetooth device connected while in dual mode. The entire reason I bought these headphones was for the dual mode for use with my PS5.
