★★★★★ Makes it very easy to pay, but would be nice if it said when parking was free. I paid for 2 hours and the timer gave me 15 hours, meaning I'd over paid by 1 hour! (Just a minor annoyance, to be truthful).

★★★★★ Love this app. Simples to use, no more faffing in the rain at complicated payment machines. The option to extend the stay is amazing, saves running back to the car to buy another ticket. Awesome work.

★★☆☆☆ Had to install this to park somewhere, hated every second of having it on my phone. Uninstalled immediately after leaving, but I bet they sold my data.

★★☆☆☆ Useless registration process. Validated sms. Failed to create account and then wouldn't allow another registration SMS as the daily limit had been reached. Rubbish.

★★☆☆☆ Absolute nightmare to log on! Then had to pay 20p convenience charge when nothing about the experience was convenient. Spent more time trying to pay for parking and waiting for various codes to come through etc. than we spent actually parked.
