★★★★★ I've been using it since May 23, so I've had it working for a while. Since starting to using the control-r with the remote buttons, I saved between 10 and 20 dollars a month by scheduling my use for a very reduced amount of time and then pushing a remote button if I want hot water during unscheduled recirculation time. I have remote buttons in both bathrooms and by the kitchen sink. The only thing that really bugs me is that I have to reenter my credentials sometimes.

★★☆☆☆ On a new pixel 9 pro xl running Android 14 this app displays the black control-r screen, and then it just stops. The app starts okay on a pixel 6 pro running Android 14.

★★☆☆☆ Rinnai customer service is helpful, but the app just cannot seem to hold it in the road for more than a few months at a time. Rinnai can build a fine water heater but their app building ability is poor.

★★☆☆☆ If I could give this app zero starts, I would. Save yourself the headache and don't purchase a Rinnai if you want to be able to control your tankless with an app/Wi-Fi
