Darb app must be used offline to only show the ticket because sometimes people have no internet connection to connect, and it doubles the expenses if we use darb card it not available in all area in riyadh to top up

Best app ever my love to royal commission for riyadh city It's easy to find route to stations click at station which you need there you can see 3 dots. . . If we click there we can find route they will show directions to here There will. One thing like we need to click there it will show click there I posted this because many people said it's not showing route for them only I hope thus will be helpful

1- Visa payment card cannot be saved to the app. 2- I have purchased a ticket for 2 hours. It has disappeared after 20 minutes. Transaction record is empty !!!!! 3- couldn't buy a ticket through the same visa card that I have used twice before 4- very very very slow, despite fiber internet 5-I have purchased a ticket through the app. I have disabled the nfc from my phone. Then show the qr code to the device inside the bus. THE DEVICE COULDN'T READ THE QR CODE !!!!! 6- Can only purchase 1 ticket

Previously, my purchased tickets did not appear unless I sign out and then sign back in. And now, I'm unable to purchase tickets from the app. I keep getting "payment unsuccessful". This has to be the worst app experience I have ever encountered. Remove the app from the play store, fix it. Then republish it. It makes no sense to have such an app available for consumers with its current state.

It is not user_friendly. Frezzes after only one search and stays frozen for several hours on end.comes back with routes not found results, although the destination indeed have a route. I'm really disappointed. I had high hopes for this app. Thank God that the trains are a million times better than the app... love the trains...hate the app. The developers clearly don't have an idea of what to do and don't realize how bad it is, or maybe they just don't care enough to fix it.
