These bugs were addressed, so I updated my review to 4 stars. If the developers make the graphs tab to load instantly (rather than wait 5-10sec alwa) -> 5 ⭐ Old review: Roam is great but native app and web app suffer from massive problems in mobile. You can only copy correctly formatted lists via export view (no indentation otherwise). Also, I need to close and open the app to get the correct date for quick notes, that makes quick notes slowest notes ever (I contacted support but not fixed yet).

Mobile now works for the first time! For years, reading or writing to Roam from mobile was glitchy or very slow, like 2+ minutes. But now in 2024 March I have a quick & effective quick capture screen, newlines create new blocks as desired, and I can even load my whole graph in under 20 seconds. I can hopefully abandon most of my mobile workarounds now.

I love Roam, but the Android app is basically only good for quick notes. If you try to use the graph all you get is astrolabe or crash.

Not a full-featured mobile app. You are required to start a graph on desktop in order to get started. I'm tired of mobile being an afterthought for all these note apps. Mobile is where many users do most of their work!

A mobile app! Praise be the gods. Unfortunately it's not what was hoped/expected. This is not better than the existing PWA: 1. Autocomplete (suggested pages after`[[`) is empty in Quick capture tab (it's not in PWA). 2. The full experience (central tab) is disappointing. I'd hoped to get an offline and instant experience. Now it's simply the spinning astrolabe every time you want to look something up on the go. Overall, UI often freezes and is unresponsive on interaction, just like the PWA.
