Great resource, would be nice to see the timetable of what's going on and alarms if possible. If it was there I couldn't easily find it. The AI trail was not a good experience for us, guess this was to encourage people who have their faces stuck in ther phone to engage in the real exhibits, but it had the opposite effect for us and became frustrating.

Friendly staff, on the whole it's clean but the dinosaur display in the middle of the soft play area is caked in nearly half inch of dust. Please clean it asap it's disgusting!

The app is poorly implemented, the interface lacks functionality and the AR in particular is ineffective. When using the AR it redirects you to a webpage (which takes ages to load using their own wi-fi) as do other sections of the app, the app itself is essentially useless as it either directs you to a website or contains information you can just find on the website, don't waste time downloading!
