I had a problem following the first app update today. Following my feedback the Ron spot team had speedily fixed the issue and released a new update to the app. Since my feedback was sent this morning, Ron spot have been in touch with me and have been very understanding and apologetic about the issues I experienced. They provided a speedy fix and I now have a working app which is what matters. The only downside here is that the initial fault got though their testing, hence the 4-star review.

We started using this App at our work recently. Before Ron spot I always found it so difficult to get parking despite the car park seeming half empty sometimes. Since Ron spot came the car park is used at 100% capacity and I can get parking frequently. Everyone at work speaks well of it.

Been using the app for nearly 2 years no problem. Am now logged out and won't let me log in. When I logged in on desktop version it will not let me make changes or click on month other than present month. And will not let me see the full parking map to book a car spot.

Absolutely terrible app, shocking. Tried booking a car park space, but the app wouldn't book it. Spent 10 minutes trying to book one, by then all available spaces had gone. Had to get the train to work. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Good when it works, very hard to book when the parking spaces become live as opposed to quieter periods. Spent 8 minutes today watching a screen refresh while it refused to book a spot for me, watching other people's bookings pop up. I eventually used the website.
