Wasted hours with customer service because the app wouldn't accept payment for my other address - and then they got the payment wrong and got into this back and forth of online and store handling the order (why a single person couldn't get it correct). On day three to see if they can figure it out - will never try this again!

Never can log in with the correct information. It seems RTG wants people to be late to backdate interest.

Login doesn't work! I've saved my username and password and enabled biometrics. Every time I try to log in, it says the account is not found, which forces me to log in through the website... using the SAME saved credentials. Useless at this point!!!
