I listen a lot whilst out walking and this extends Roon to be able to do that. I'm a bit techy so no problem with the set-up and out has been very reliable. Occasionally a glitch in playing but rarely. Would have given 5 stars had it been fully integrated so that ARC was treated like any other Roon zone, and you could switch playlists etc. between a Roon zone and ARC. But without it, I would find Roon much harder to justify. Look forward to seeing where it goes in future releases.

So close! Finally, PEQ! Maybe I'm missing something. But there's currently no way to sync my saved PEQ presets from my Roon core. I looked everywhere in settings and tried to reset ARC just to see if it just "worked". It did not to my dismay. When you have 10+ presets it's a pain in the** to input them all. The section where you go to manage your PEQ profiles and such looks really nice. But it still feels like I'm using beta software. The best way to describe it as "wonky jello".

I love being able to stream my personal library from anywhere I get phone reception, and I love being able to integrate that library with my streaming service (Soyuz). Those are the two big wins for this app over Roon alone (which is also worthwhile). The one major issue I still have is that it can't identify and use the onboard DAC on my Android-based audio player and down samples everything for Android's native audio processing. 5 stars if fixed.

Update on Apr 23: I have zero issues with my GNAT hole punch to access my Roon core using the main app, however connection via ARC is always intermittent as though it also needs a connection to somewhere else. Extremely frustrating. Missing features are still missing - Android system navigation bar (back button) is still missing, needs a built-in hole punch like preamp, and needs the same playback features as the main Roon app.

Keeps crashing when I goto play music, tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail, tried restarting the phone, still nothing. On latest android version. Thankfully there's a free trial before wasting my money 👍

Never works. Constant poor connection error. I always have to switch back to preamp, which works each time without any problems. I like roon and the app interface is nice. Not usable 8 out of 10 times.
