This game used to be really good, but the recent update has made the fishing activities and magnifying activities take very long times. There is no difference in time any more between finding bugs vs golden mushrooms, green mushrooms or blue flowers. Same with fishing duckweed vs fish. Its ruined the enjoyability of the game because now you have to wait ages. It feels like they are trying to get you to spend more real life money on the in game gems to speed activities up

Actions take way too long. Very obviously, the devs are trying to force players to pay them, since you can skip the cool down with gems, and about the only way to get gems us buy them, rather than offering stuff for sale that isn't needed in order to play the game, but that is cool to have, and making their money legitimately.

Fun concept. Events aren't poorly designed/scaled. When your new clan of people under level 7 is pitted against a clan of people who pay for the game, it's literally impossible to win and just takes the fun out of it. Why bother trying when you can only pick a maximum of 15 mushrooms in 30 seconds while the other team completely wipes the island clean? Scale the events better... not everyone has money to waste on mobile game microtransactions.
