★★★★★ Love this app lets me see all my scripts easy to use

★★☆☆☆ I have yet to successfully request a refill on this app. It requires a password. If you can't remember your password, there's a prompt to change your password. The problem is you need to know your current password in order to put in a new one. I went online on my laptop to see if there was another way to do it or someone to contact for assistance. There's no way to contact anyone through the app or online. When I click on view all prescriptions or view refillable prescriptions, it just asks for a prescription number and the infamous forgotten password. The screenshots in the Play Store show that it should be listing all of my prescriptions. It doesn't. This app has potential, but it needs much more work to be useful.

★★☆☆☆ It just shows the name of my pharmacy and doesn't do anything. I try clicking home or request or even just the pharmacy logo and nothing happens
