★★★★★ 1. When opening the boarding pass the app switches the screen brightness to the blinding max. Why? Did I ask you to tamper with my settings? 2. No option to download boarding pass or forward it to the email. Otherwise, is ok.

★★☆☆☆ I recently traveled with Ryanair for the first time, and it will likely be my last due to an unfair €110 airport check-in fee (€55 per person). I assumed, like with other airlines, that I could check in at the airport, but there was no clear notification in the app about this excessive charge—more than the flight itself. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Ryanair should clearly inform passengers about such hidden fees in advance to avoid unfair surprises.

★★☆☆☆ Be careful with this app! App is nice and practical, but I didn't received update notification. I had serious issue, application was continuously loading without success 3hrs before flight, and I couldn't finish check inn. Result of that was cost of €55 for manual check inn, more than tickets.

★★☆☆☆ Boycott Ryanair They are charging 56 pounds for not doing online check-in.it's the cheapest way to loot the passengers. If this is the case they should put this on App during booking. When I went to the airport, counter is empty and the staffs are very rude. They just want 56 pounds not even ready to listen to our concerns. My overall flight ticket was 47 pounds and I paid 56 pounds for not online check-in even though I was 3 hours before my flight. UK aviation ministry must look this.
