★★☆☆☆ You have too few tries to remember your password. Other services can block you for several minutes before next try. But here you app is blocked completely and have to order a new letter from bank.

★★☆☆☆ Touch is not working. I'm trying to do an urgent transaction and unable to swipe or cancel. This is really frustrating for a banking app and the kind of experience that makes people switch banks. Please fix it fast.

★★☆☆☆ Typical German inefficiency. To activate your push tan you need to TRY to register so that once you fail, you order and wait for a letter that gives you a pin, so you can register your device. Then you need to order another letter so that you can receive your push tan setup that SHOULD allow you to start the push tan setup. Pathetic
