I've had many of my rides to and from my Dr.s appointments over the past few years. It's easy and safe for me. I have enjoyed speaking with all of my drivers. They've all been careful drivers. A plus in my books.

Ever since the big change over... it is not driver friendly. You have to play with your phone too much to read everything in the customers notes. Does not allow you to map the next address without starting the Ride. The over all is it confuses the driver lets them think they have time between rides. The map really sucks... go back to Google maps.

Was happy to hear there was an app, so I could schedule rides without the automated hoops of a call. But the app won't let me in. Downloaded multiple times but doesn't seem to be working. Keeps asking for new device pass code but no way to get one and no other options for help. Enter code or nothing.

I would give this app a 0 if that option was available. It is one of the worst apps I have ever used!!!! NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!! It is slow to respond you have to push action numerous time before it will take it and that's if it decides it wants to, example.... when ride is complete it pushes complete ride after take a minute or two to register that it shows complete. But when u go back to that ride later it shows as incomplete. Have pushed complete ride over 6 times and still shows not comp

Downloaded the Safe Ride app thinking it would be easier to use than calling on the phone which takes up to 15 minutes to book a ride. BTW, Safe Ride is used by UHC. Can't get past the first screen which requires a passcode. Called Safe Ride, they are clueless. Was told to call UHC Member Services...Also, clueless. Was told to call Web Support...Also, clueless. Was told to call Safe Ride which I had already done. Useless and uninformed people all around. Will have to proceed with phone calls.
