★★★★★ The app does not show Nomad Health options; only Nomad Insurance, which are not the same thing.

★★☆☆☆ I register with Facebook account, but in the app when you click log in with Facebook it leads to error message

★★☆☆☆ Really bad. I hope it gets better one day. 1. Empty profile. It doesn't see my insurance. Maybe it happens because I use Remote health, but this app supports only Nomad insurance. But I can't see an option to select Remote health in the UI. 2. Support chat layout has terrible mistakes: when you open a keyboard and start writing, text box still hiding behind the keyboard. And you cannot see what you write.

★★☆☆☆ Pay for health insurance and when you need a claim they just deny it. Don't go with this company at all costs, no reason or explanation why it was denied just denied.

★★☆☆☆ App was unable to handle uploading necessary documents for filing a claim, and ended up locking when attempting to send reports. Information requested by the app was not the same as what was later requested. This then led to a never ending cycle of emails being sent back and forth. Responses were awkward and slow and ultimately ended up in confusion. Several attempts to utilize "contact us" through both the app and website could either not be sent or simply went unanswered.
