Nice app, particularly the ability to import gpx files. Slightly frustrated by the inability to add anyone other than another Sail ties user as crew. None of my crew are remotely interested in joining Sail Ties and aren't going to scan a QR code or take kindly to being harassed by emails I'm generating! Would prefer to create my own crew list and pick from that.

I used the track my sailing in a variety on places in a way to replace my paper logbook. Each one if them had flaws. Then sail ties came along. Like the strata for sailing, this digital logbook is great making sharing my sailing easy.

Nice app! Thanks guys! A few features that I would love: 1) Pause tracking button. It will help to not record movement on breaks between legs and will help to have a more accurate average sailing speed of the voyage. 2) Color coded speed on the route line. 3) The max speed for the whole voyage.

This is a great app for keeping track of your sailing passages. Very intuitive with automatic tracking and the ability to add logs and photos. My only issue that I've encountered was not turning off the recording after we docked, so it added my return trip home to the route, which added additional nautical miles to my trip. Trying to figure out if I can edit that. It would be nice to enter legs of the trip during a single recording. Great app!!

Just signed up and Logging in. Cannot import my stuff from IYT. Devices and partners tab is missing in the setting. I was following the instructions from IYT.

Unable to edit manually entered logs to correct mistakes in entries. Unable to enter logs on the website.

I wanted to upload previous trips and then start recording future trips, however the manual entry form is not user-friendly. It requires an image to be added to upload the form. Some of my trips were before digital phones and I didn't take photos. And to add a date requires scrolling back from today's date rather than being able to type your own date. That meant a lot of scrolling to backdate to 1995!! At the end of it all, my entry didn't save! So, nice idea but some glitches to sort.
